By releasing his The Life of Pablo track “I Love Kanye” as an a capella, Ye gave producers an opportunity to showcase their remix skills with some brand new Kanye West vocals. This has resulted in my inbox being flooded with scores of remixes from everybody and their little cousin Jermaine with Pro Tools. But today, the legendary DJ Premier offers up his take, which finds him laying Ye’s slow flow verses over a lurching beat that wouldn’t have sounded out of place on a Gangstarr or Group Home album.
